GDPR
Brief is both a data processor and data controller.
We process three types of data: personal data, special category data and criminal offence data, obtained from the duty solicitor call centre, police, law firms and their clients.
We ensure all data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A full copy of our data protection policy is available on request.
